I’ve had psoriasis on & off for at least 15 years i think. Until 3 weeks ago i had this very rough & itchy patch on my forearm, where it touches the desk while i work & use the mouse. I had to apply cream every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times, just to avoid the terrible itch.
When i returned from Ayahuasca n°6 i noticed it was not so dry, the skin was more supple, softer, and…no itch. I purposely avoided applying hydrating lotion to it, just to see if it would improve ‘on its own’.
See for yourself !

Unfortunately I believe it is the effect of the humidity and the sun. Everytime I expose my psoriasis to humidity and sun it basically goes away…for a few weeks. The real test is to see if it stays away the next coming winter, the period when, at least my psoriasis, always gets worse.

So far, it has been months and i cannot even remember seeing it so good : the hair has all grown back, the skin colour is normal, and when i touch it it feels perfectly normal too.
I am not in a humid climate but in winter it can get very humid so we shall see.

2.5 years onwards mine is still gone.
Some factors help or make it worse, sea water my help. But we trigger that shit from within. Meditate, do yoga maybe, exercise, be present and love yourself ! Be grateful.
Have a great present Christmas! 😉
All the best,
Yann

Could you update us on your current psoriatic condition, please? I am a psoriasis sufferer and if you are still fine, I will give it a try. Thank you! Anton

Hi Anton, thank you for your question.
My psoriasis never came back. That was in June 2014, so over two years ago. Go without expectations, keep a positive mind, and go again. It sometimes helps in ways we discover much later. Do not expect a life-changing magic bullet, but do expect homework if you yearn for change.
Let me know how it goes.
Also check out Kambo and Bufo Alvarius. I have articles covering those too.

How is ur psoriasis now? 4 years later?
Dec 28, 2020 @ 04:18:25
Actually, it’s now 6 & a half years, and it has not returned. For me, it was related to anxiety/unhappiness.

Still totally free of psoriasis 2.5 years later. 🙂
We trigger that shit. It’s stress, absence of presence, absence of love or insufficient love.
Look up Bufo Alvarius here too, that stuff is smokable LOOOVE !
Have a great present Christmas!
All the best,
Yann

Hi. Now it’s 2019. Curious if it’s still gone. After I started getting joint pain a few months ago – and was likely misdiagnosed with lyme – I now started getting flaky skin and suddenly all the dots seem to connect; psoriasis arthritis. Looking to find as many alternative approaches as possible – especially since I took ayahuasca before. I don’t want to be on chemical meds, yet I can also literally watch my body destruct itself. Hair loss on the hands and fingers, skin feels stretched, wounds heal slow, fatigue, back pain, and above all, the joint pain.
I have mostly moved to a lectin free diet now. Only a few days in but seem to be good. I know with autoimmune (still need the final diagnosis) you shouldn’t expect miracles in terms of reset button, where everything is as before.
But my goal is to get as close to it as possible. Any additional tips also welcome.
Thank you.

Thanks Dennis.
Yep, still gone, almost 5 years later. However, i have some other rash, from 2013, that may be psoriasis, however i had never thought of it as that, and i am not sure. It would be strange that everything else left but not that. This rash did almost disappear various times though : when at the seaside, bathing in the sea, and when feeling really happy for weeks on end, taking garlic extract daily.
I will get rid of it.
Tip : look up celery juice and the medical medium. Apparently, drinking about 40 cl of home-made celery juice every morning on an empty stomach can maybe help. Im just starting on that.
I think that once we sort out our emotions, and do certain things daily, it becomes very difficult to be sick.
Daily exercise, daily meditation, healthy food daily, and at least one activity you REALLY love doing, done often. THAT, is a recipe for much less psoriasis IMO.

Merci Louis. Oui, c’est possible sans Icaros etc. Mais attention à avoir des recommandations, et peut-être mieux d’éviter les “grosses boites” du genre d’Ayahuasca International. Juste mon intuition perso.
