Get rid of severe joint pain in 3 days without pills | 2014-07-29

Think you’re old ? Think the pain in your knees & elbows is here to stay ?
Years after the pain had begun it got so bad i could hardly walk. I could see the next 30 years of my life as a hellhole : no possible exercise, continuous pain every time i moved… Lets just say that my prospects were not terribly exciting.

Here are 2 ways to get rid of joint pain. Both are quick, cheap & easy. I hope they work for you as they did for me. 🙂

Note : the creams i mention in the video are Ubresana & Mamisan.

    I’m glad I watched your video man. I have some pretty bad knee pain as well. I’m guilty of a lot of those foods that you mentioned. How do you spell the name of the cream that you mentioned?
    And green smoothies are awesome!

      Hey Vegter, sorry for the late reply, this got put in spam for some reason, i only just saw it this instant. The first cream i tried was Ubresana, which is a clone of Mamisan. Check the ingredients online, it all seems fine to me, and the reviews i read were mostly pretty good. Here in Mexico these creams seem to have a “go to” reputation for this sort of pain.
      Every time i drink several days in the week the pain slowly creeps back in. So i’d start by stopping all the alcohol, but who knows what the combinations of all these poisons can do. They say that you really shouldn’t be eating anything processed, or even anything that has a label on it : just fruit & veg. I think that’s probably the best advice, though i’ll admit i don’t stick to it myself. 😉

    Update : a few days ago, after almost 3 months of drinking alcohol again on a regular basis, often several times a week, and not eating that well, the pain in my left knee began to creep back in. It’s sad that i needed that warning to get back on the right path, ie run & eat more fruit & veg and quit alcohol. But it has done its trick : i now pledge to run again every day, not much, just 3km, but everyday. Today is day 3, let’s see how i hold up.
    I am really tired of seeing man boobs in photos of me, and i want that belly fat freekin gone !
